The Rock'n'Roll Highschool Mannheim is a counter-establishment organsation that was founded by a group of underground artists - mostly musicians and bands - to show that there is a organically grown music scene here in Mannheim, that is being ignored by the people that brought the term pop-business to new heights by establishing the first national pop-college the Popakademie here.
