The interesting part is that I had to screenprint a very fine halftone here. It turned out that this was not really a problem. After about 10 prints the color clogged the screen, but that might be due to the extreme heat and I’m sure it can be solved in the future. What was a bigger problem, though, was that the way we print our films, by taping multiple smaller transparencies to each other to create a big 50x70cm film, does not really work for rasters as alignment is very hard and you end up seeing the „seams“ on the screen and print later. For this rather grungy looking print I can live with that, but for future posters that needs to be solved.
