Yesterday night before going to bed i received an email promoting "American Artifact" a documentary about the american gigposter movement. The trailer on the website looks very very promising with statements from artists like Art Chantry, Coop, Chuck Sperry & Ron Donovan, Kozik and Mark Arminski to name just a few.

It's funny to see that there seems to be a rising interest in the rockposter movement at least in the US as just a few month back the "Died young stayed pretty" another documentary about that subject was released. And from what I see in the trailers pretty much the same artists get a say here.

I didn't get the chance to see either one of the films yet, but will order both DVDs of course. I wonder if there are even more movies out there?
